IndulgeTix Refund Policy

 At Indulgetix, we strive to provide the best possible experience for both event organizers and attendees. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for tickets purchased through our platform. 

 
 1. General Refund Policy 
– All Sales Are Final: Unless otherwise stated in the event’s specific refund policy, all ticket sales made through Indulgetix are final. This means that once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
 
 2. Event Cancellation 
-Full Refund: If an event is canceled by the organizer, customers are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, including any service fees. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Customers will be notified via email with details about the refund process. 
 
 3. Event Postponement 
– Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket(s) will usually be valid for the new date. The event organizer will notify customers of the new date, and refunds will typically not be issued unless the event is ultimately canceled. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within 14 days] to request a refund. 
 
 4. Refunds for Specific Events
– Organizer’s Refund Policy: Some events may have specific refund policies set by the organizer. These policies will be clearly outlined during the ticket purchase process. If an event has a specific refund policy, it will supersede this general Refund Policy. 
 
– No Refund Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond the control of Indulgetix or the event organizer, including but not limited to: 
 – Change in personal plans 
 – Inclement weather (unless the event is canceled) – Issues with transportation to the event
 – Discomfort with seating or event environment 
 
 5. How to Request a Refund
 
 – Refund Requests: If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the terms of this Refund Policy or the event-specific policy, please contact our customer support team at support@indulgetix.com. Include your order number, event name, and reason for the refund request. 
 
– Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within  5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your payment provider. 
 
 6. Chargebacks
 – Disputes and Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for a ticket purchased through Indulgetix, we may investigate the circumstances and work with the event organizer to resolve the issue. Please note that initiating a chargeback without contacting Indulgetix first may result in additional fees or account suspension.
